Personal Data Processing Consent

Purpose of This Consent

This Consent defines how personal data may be processed when the user purchases, activates, receives support for, or uses T-Guard.

Operator

Personal data is processed by the DAO “TriAngels” platform operator.

DAO “TriAngels” is a decentralized platform and ecosystem operator. Until a dedicated legal wrapper, registered company, foundation, DAO LLC, individual entrepreneur, or another operating entity is formally designated, all references to the “Operator” mean the authorized platform operator responsible for providing T-Guard access through the official TriAngels ecosystem interfaces.

The Operator may later update this document to specify a dedicated legal entity or registered structure responsible for contracting, payments, support, compliance, data protection, refunds, and data protection and service delivery.

Categories of Personal Data Processed

• Identification and contact data: user account email, name or display name, Telegram username, Telegram ID, or other support contact information.
• User account data: account status, T-Guard purchase information, date and time of purchase, access period, access status, renewal history, and product-related account information.
• Payment and order data: payment status, amount, currency, method, order ID, payment ID, payment date and time, and transaction-related metadata where applicable.
• Technical data: authentication data, access logs, session data, IP address or technical identifiers where collected, device, browser, app, or operating system information needed for diagnostics, security, and support.
• Support data: support request content, screenshots voluntarily provided by the user, descriptions of issues, and data needed to verify payment, email, access status, and activation status.

The Operator does not intentionally request special categories of personal data, biometric data, health data, political opinions, religious beliefs, or other sensitive information unless a separate lawful basis and separate consent are established where required.

Purposes of Processing

Personal data may be processed for user account support, T-Guard purchase processing, payment confirmation, access activation, access status display, renewal, instructions, support, technical issue review, fraud and abuse prevention, infrastructure security, acceptance confirmation, service delivery confirmation, refund requests, complaints, chargebacks, payment disputes, and legal, payment, accounting, security, and operational requirements.

Processing Activities

The user consents to collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, transmission where necessary, disclosure to authorized providers or support participants where necessary, alignment or combination, restriction, anonymization, pseudonymization, deletion, destruction, and other actions necessary for purchasing, activating, supporting, securing, and operating T-Guard.

Sharing of Personal Data

Personal data may be shared or made available only to the extent necessary for T-Guard and related TriAngels ecosystem services. Recipients may include hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication providers, payment providers, user account platform providers, Telegram and support tools, technical contractors, administrators, support operators, sponsor-line participants, legal, compliance, accounting, security, dispute-resolution parties, and authorities where required by law.

Sponsor-Line Support

The user understands and agrees that primary support may be provided through the sponsor line. Minimum necessary data such as email, access status, fact of request, issue description, and activation information may be used to help the user.

Telegram Bot and Telegram Support Chat

If the user contacts support through Telegram, Telegram ID, username, profile name, message content, support history, and information needed to connect an operator and resolve the issue may be processed. Telegram is a third-party platform with its own infrastructure, terms, and privacy practices.

Personal Data Retention

Personal data is processed and stored as long as necessary for providing T-Guard, maintaining paid access, supporting the user, confirming payment and activation, handling refunds, complaints, chargebacks, disputes, complying with requirements, protecting rights, preventing fraud and abuse, and maintaining security.

Withdrawal of Consent

The user may withdraw this Consent by contacting the Operator. Withdrawal may affect the ability to provide T-Guard because certain data is necessary for payment verification, access activation, account status display, support, security, and dispute handling.

User Rights

The user may request information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where applicable, restriction of processing where applicable, withdrawal of consent, objection where applicable, clarification regarding data use, and other rights available under applicable data protection laws.

Data Processing for Service Delivery Confirmation

The user specifically agrees that the Operator may process and retain data necessary to confirm purchase, activation, and delivery of the T-Guard digital service, including acceptance, consent date and time, document versions, user email, payment confirmation, order or payment ID, activation date and time, access period, access status, instructions, support requests, and technical logs.

No Public Disclosure Consent

This Consent is not a consent for public disclosure or unrestricted publication of the user’s personal data. Any separate consent for public disclosure must be obtained separately if needed.

Confirmation of Consent

The user may confirm this Consent by checking the required personal data consent box before payment, clicking the purchase or payment button after consent, creating or using the user account, contacting support, or using T-Guard after being provided with access to applicable documents.

For evidence and security purposes, the system may record date and time of consent, user account email, document version, source interface, IP address or session identifier where collected, checkbox confirmation, and payment action.

Language

The English version of this document is the official and controlling version.

Any translation into Russian or another language is provided for convenience only.

In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
