These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TriAngels and T-Guard services, including authentication, account-based access, private networking, protected network infrastructure, public websites, support channels, and related operational systems.
T-Guard is a digital service that provides access to protected network infrastructure for a defined period. It is not a token, cryptocurrency, investment product, financial instrument, or promise of profit.
The service is operated by the TriAngels platform / DAO TriAngels, or by a legal wrapper, company, individual entrepreneur, authorized representative, or other operating entity that may be designated for the platform in the future.
These Terms apply to the general use of TriAngels and T-Guard services. Specific paid T-Guard purchases may also be governed by additional documents, including the T-Guard Terms of Purchase, Service Delivery and Access Activation Policy, Refund Policy, Personal Data Processing Consent, Privacy Policy, and additional terms shown in the user account or purchase page.
The general Terms of Service on this page are not intended to replace the specific T-Guard purchase documents. For a paid T-Guard purchase, the dedicated legal documents located in the Legal section may define more specific rules for purchase, access activation, service delivery, refunds, personal data processing, and dispute handling.
Access may be linked to an account email, authentication provider, Telegram support identity, sponsor line, or other operational identifiers. For T-Guard access, the primary operational identifier is the user account email associated with the platform or personal account. Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for contacting support if account email or access information is incorrect.
T-Guard access may be provided for a defined access period. Access may be activated, renewed, reviewed, limited, suspended, or terminated according to these Terms, the specific T-Guard legal documents, payment status, security requirements, support decisions, or operational necessity.
If the user purchases T-Guard, payment does not create ownership of a token, cryptocurrency, security, financial instrument, investment asset, profit right, or share in infrastructure. Payment is made for a digital access service for a defined period, unless expressly stated otherwise in the purchase interface or applicable documents.
The service may be considered provided in the access activation part when the user is given a technical opportunity to use T-Guard for the paid access period, together with reasonable access instructions and support channels. Additional details are defined in the Service Delivery and Access Activation Policy.
TriAngels and T-Guard may update, maintain, suspend, restrict, migrate, or improve services from time to time to protect reliability, security, legal compliance, infrastructure integrity, or operational stability. Temporary unavailability, maintenance, network issues, provider incidents, security measures, third-party restrictions, or force majeure events do not automatically mean that the service was not provided.
Support may be provided through sponsor line, Telegram bot or chat, email, automated support tools, or authorized operators. Users should contact support first if they cannot access the service, entered incorrect account information, need email correction, or believe that access was not activated properly.
Refund requests and payment disputes may be reviewed individually according to the applicable Refund Policy and related service records. If access was activated and the user was provided with a technical opportunity to use the digital service, a refund is not automatic. Users should contact support before initiating a bank dispute, payment dispute, chargeback, or similar external procedure.
Personal data may be processed for authentication, access activation, payment verification, support, security, refund review, dispute handling, and operational continuity. Details are described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Personal Data Processing Consent.
The service may use technical and organizational measures to protect accounts, access systems, infrastructure, network nodes, logs, payments, and support workflows. Access may be limited, suspended, or reviewed where necessary to protect users, infrastructure, service integrity, or legal compliance.
TriAngels may update services, infrastructure, documents, terms, links, payment flows, access rules, or support procedures. Updated documents may be published on the website or shown in the user account or purchase interface. Users should review the current version of applicable documents before purchasing or continuing to use paid services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TriAngels and T-Guard are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service, service interruptions, third-party actions, user device issues, provider failures, incorrect user data, or external restrictions.
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if necessary to protect service integrity, security, legal compliance, payment integrity, infrastructure stability, or other users. Termination may also occur if the user violates these Terms, abuses support or refund procedures, or uses the service unlawfully or in bad faith.
