This Privacy Policy explains how TriAngels and T-Guard process personal data in connection with secure private network access, authentication, user accounts, payment-related access activation, support, security, refund review, and dispute handling.
T-Guard is a digital service that provides access to protected network infrastructure for a defined period. It is not a token, cryptocurrency, investment product, financial instrument, or promise of profit.
The service is operated by the TriAngels platform / DAO TriAngels, or by a legal wrapper, company, individual entrepreneur, authorized representative, or other operating entity that may be designated for the platform in the future.
Depending on the user location and applicable law, personal data may be processed on the basis of contract performance, user consent, legitimate operational and security interests, compliance with legal obligations, or the need to establish, exercise, or defend rights in connection with payments, access activation, refunds, support, or disputes.
T-Guard may store payment-related metadata and access activation records to confirm that a digital access service was purchased, activated, delivered, renewed, reviewed, or disputed. These records may include user account email, product code, payment ID, order ID, paid access period, activation status, expiration date, consent confirmations, support history, and technical logs.
If the user contacts support through Telegram, email, sponsor line, automated support chat, or another support channel, the service may process the information provided in that communication. Telegram is used as a support and operational channel, not as the sole legal identity of the user. The primary identifier for T-Guard access is the user account email.
TriAngels does not sell personal information. Information may be shared or processed only when necessary for operating, securing, supporting, or defending the service, including with hosting providers, authentication providers, payment or order systems, support tools, technical infrastructure providers, professional advisers, legal or compliance service providers, and authorities where required by law.
TriAngels and T-Guard may operate internationally. Personal data may be processed or stored in countries other than the user's country of residence, depending on infrastructure, hosting, support, payment, security, and operational requirements.
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, access management, security, support, payment verification, refund review, dispute handling, auditability, legal compliance, backup, and operational continuity. Some technical logs and backup copies may be retained for a limited period according to operational and security requirements.
Users may contact TriAngels to request access, correction, update, or deletion of personal data where applicable. Some data may need to be retained where required for security, payment records, dispute handling, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or operational integrity.
TriAngels uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data and infrastructure. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but the platform aims to minimize data processing, restrict access, and maintain operational controls appropriate for a secure private network service.
T-Guard is not intended for children. Users must have the legal capacity required to purchase and use the service in their jurisdiction.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after publication of an updated version means that the user should review the current version before continuing to use or purchase the service.
