Service Delivery and Access Activation Policy
Purpose of This Policy
This Policy defines how the T-Guard digital service is activated, when service delivery begins, and when the service is considered provided to the user.
Operator
The service is operated by the DAO “TriAngels” platform operator.
DAO “TriAngels” is a decentralized platform and ecosystem operator. Until a dedicated legal wrapper, registered company, foundation, DAO LLC, individual entrepreneur, or another operating entity is formally designated, all references to the “Operator” mean the authorized platform operator responsible for providing T-Guard access through the official TriAngels ecosystem interfaces.
The Operator may later update this document to specify a dedicated legal entity or registered structure responsible for contracting, payments, support, compliance, data protection, refunds, and service delivery.
Nature of the Service
T-Guard is provided as a digital access service. The user purchases the technical ability to access protected network infrastructure for a defined access period.
T-Guard is not a token, cryptocurrency, investment product, financial instrument, share, profit right, guaranteed yield, dividend instrument, or ownership right.
What the User Receives
- T-Guard digital access for the paid access period;
- activation linked to the user account email;
- access instructions and status display where technically available;
- sponsor-line support and Telegram support channels where available;
- technical assistance for activation and connection issues.
User Account Email as the Access Identifier
The primary identifier for T-Guard activation is the email address linked to the user account on the platform. Access is activated for the user account email.
Access Activation Process
- The user selects T-Guard in the user account or on the official purchase page.
- The user reviews the applicable T-Guard documents and confirms acceptance.
- The user completes payment through an available payment method.
- The platform receives successful payment confirmation.
- The system records or receives the T-Guard purchase event.
- Access is activated for the user account email.
- The user receives or is provided access to connection instructions.
Start of Service Delivery
The service is considered to have started when, after successful payment confirmation, access has been activated, placed into the activation process, shown in the user account, or the user has been provided with access instructions or support channels.
When the Service Is Considered Provided
The service is considered provided in the access activation part when the user has been given a technical opportunity to use T-Guard for the paid access period.
What Is Not Considered Non-Delivery
- the user did not read instructions or did not contact support;
- the user used an incorrect email or logged in with a different account;
- the user did not install required software or complete technical steps;
- the issue was caused by the user’s device, operating system, local network, provider, regional conditions, or third-party restrictions;
- the user temporarily did not use activated access.
Incorrect Email or Account Data
Email correction or access transfer is not automatic and may require manual verification to avoid errors, duplicate access, unauthorized transfers, or transfer to third parties.
Access Instructions and Support Channels
Connection instructions may be provided through the user account, Telegram bot, Telegram support chat, sponsor line, official product resources, or a separate link provided by support.
The primary support channel is the sponsor line. Additional support may be provided through Telegram bot, support chat, automated knowledge base, or manual operator support.
Activation Timing
Under normal conditions, access is activated automatically or within a short technical processing period after successful payment confirmation. Activation may take additional time if payment confirmation is delayed, manual review is required, an email mismatch exists, or reconciliation is needed.
Active Status and Extension
If the user account shows T-Guard status as “active” or similar, the system considers the user’s access valid for the indicated access period. Extensions before expiry may be added to the remaining active period.
Technical Limitations and Temporary Unavailability
T-Guard use may depend on devices, operating systems, software, internet connection, local network, provider restrictions, regional conditions, server availability, updates, maintenance, and third-party actions.
Short-term or technically caused unavailability does not automatically mean the service was not provided, if access was activated and the Operator is taking reasonable measures to restore availability.
Confirmation of Service Delivery
Service delivery may be confirmed by purchase records, payment confirmation, user account email, access status, activation date, expiration date, active access records, support requests, technical logs, and confirmation from the system or authorized support.
User Action Required in Case of a Problem
If the user believes access was not activated or the service was not provided, the user must contact support before initiating a bank dispute, payment dispute, chargeback, or similar external procedure.
Relationship With Refund Policy
If verification confirms access was not activated due to a service-side technical issue and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the matter may be reviewed under the T-Guard Refund Policy.
