T-Guard is a digital service that provides access to protected network infrastructure for a defined period. It is not a token, cryptocurrency, investment product, financial instrument, or promise of profit.

General Provisions

These T-Guard Terms of Purchase define the terms under which a user purchases and uses the digital service known as T-Guard.

By purchasing T-Guard through the user account, official purchase page, or another approved TriAngels ecosystem interface, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Operator

The service is operated by the DAO “TriAngels” platform operator.

DAO “TriAngels” is a decentralized platform and ecosystem operator. Until a dedicated legal wrapper, registered company, foundation, DAO LLC, individual entrepreneur, or another operating entity is formally designated, all references to the “Operator” mean the authorized platform operator responsible for providing T-Guard access through the official TriAngels ecosystem interfaces.

The Operator may later update this document to specify a dedicated legal entity or registered structure responsible for contracting, payments, support, compliance, data protection, refunds, and service delivery.

Description of the Service

The user purchases the digital service T-Guard, which provides access to protected network infrastructure within the TriAngels ecosystem.

The service may include activation of access for the user account email, the right to use T-Guard during the paid period, access instructions, informational and technical support, and access status display in the user account where technically available.

What the User Does Not Purchase

The user purchases only a digital service of access to protected network infrastructure for a defined period.

Access Period

The standard T-Guard access period is one year, unless another period is clearly stated on the purchase page, in the user account, or in a specific offer.

If the user purchases an extension before the current paid access period expires, the new paid period may be added to the remaining active period. If the previous access period has expired, the new access period starts from the new activation date or from the date determined by the system.

Price and Payment Methods

The price of T-Guard is shown on the purchase page, in the user account, or in another official TriAngels ecosystem interface.

Payment may be available through different currencies or payment methods, including ETH, USDT, RUB, bank card or payment gateway, and other available payment methods where supported by the interface.

The selected payment method or currency does not change the nature of the service.

User Email and Access Activation

The primary identifier for T-Guard activation is the email address linked to the user account on the platform. The user is responsible for ensuring that this email address is correct, accessible, and belongs to the user.

If the user uses a different email address in Telegram, during connection, or when contacting support, the email address in the user account shall have priority, unless otherwise confirmed by support.

Acceptance of the Terms

Before payment, the user must review these Terms, the Service Delivery and Access Activation Policy, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Personal Data Processing Consent.

The user accepts these Terms by checking the required consent box and completing the payment action. Checking the box and proceeding with payment means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Start of Service Delivery

The T-Guard service is considered to have started when, after successful payment confirmation, the user’s access has been activated, placed into the activation process, shown in the user account, or the user has been provided with access instructions or support channels.

When the Service Is Considered Provided

The service is considered provided in the access activation part when the user has been given a technical opportunity to use T-Guard for the paid access period.

Actual setup on the user’s device may require the user to install software, follow instructions, use the correct account email, configure the device, and verify local connection settings.

User Support

The primary support channel for T-Guard is the sponsor line: the participant who invited, recommended, or accompanied the user in purchasing T-Guard.

Additional support may be provided through a Telegram bot, Telegram support chat, automated knowledge base, or manual operator support where available.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use

The user agrees to provide accurate account information, use the correct email, follow instructions, contact support if issues occur, use T-Guard only for lawful purposes, and not interfere with TriAngels infrastructure.

The user must not use T-Guard for illegal activity, attacks, spam, unauthorized access, prohibited network activity, or actions creating security, operational, legal, or reputational risks.

Service Availability

T-Guard is a digital infrastructure service. Availability may depend on servers, network infrastructure, software, third-party providers, user devices, internet connection quality, and external network conditions.

The Operator takes reasonable measures to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at every moment.

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are governed by the separate T-Guard Refund Policy. If the user believes that the service was not provided, access was not activated, or a technical problem occurred, the user must contact support first.

Personal Data

To provide T-Guard, the Operator may process personal data, including user account email, account data, payment and order data, access status, support requests, and technical logs necessary for activation, diagnostics, security, and dispute handling.

Updates to These Terms

The Operator may update these Terms when necessary due to product development, technical changes, legal requirements, payment system requirements, security, or service improvement.

Language

The English version of this document is the official and controlling version.

Any translation into Russian or another language is provided for convenience only.

In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
